"My
Testament"
My
life
and the way
it's meant
is my testament.
The
measurements
of my work thus far
is not even an estimate
or evidence of my relevance
in this land and other continents.
I
send sentiments
to those of you
who have lost their sense
trying to make sense
out of this government.
I'm
so proud of my people
who are promoting Black pride.
I'm
reminiscence on the love of my
Black Heritage.
Thank you for the way you represent through consciousness.
For
your cause is my cause
So I will uplift it...
With a Black fist and Afro Picks
Now that you can document.
I
realize that knowledge of self
is a healthy investment.
Therefore I fight against
hatred and ignorance
hoping for the atonement
and enrichment of my spirit.
Stemming
from premeditated experiments,
My community has built up resentment.
Now I fear that my ebony queens of eloquence
no longer believe in monogamous mahogany gents.
I
too was once a resident
of a mental imprisonment.
But my temperment and intelligence
turned me into a locksmith,
i.e. a wordsmith with the strength of
seven gods and goddesses.
My
promise is to be equivalent
to lyrical excellence.
My presence is prevalent
like Egyptian monuments.
Words
and actions
that will spark poetic movements
across international pavements.
Freeing mental enslavements.
Haven't
seen amazement like that
since Moses split one of the elements.
But that's irrevelant if my mind is
suffering from abandonment.
Hard
headed like cement.
No remorse.
No repentance.
Just acceptance of
cerebral life sentences.
It's
like blemishes,
or stains that are permanent.
But who am I to pass judgement.
I'll leave that to the Almighty
the Magnificent.
If
that's the way it's meant.
That's my testament.
